How do I turn on heater with remote control. I am now getting blast of cool air with display showing 72 degrees.

The specific steps to turn on your heater with a remote control may vary depending on the make and model of your heater. However, here are some general steps that you can try:
  1. Make sure that your heater is plugged in and turned on.
  2. Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if they are low or dead.
  3. Look for a power button on the remote control and press it. This should turn on the display on the remote control.
  4. Look for a mode button or a button that switches between heating and cooling. Press this button until you see the heating mode selected on the display.
  5. Look for a temperature setting button or a button that adjusts the temperature. Press this button to set the desired temperature. Make sure that the temperature you set is higher than the current room temperature.
  6. Wait a few minutes for the heater to start producing warm air. You should feel the warm air blowing from the vents.
If these steps do not work, refer to the user manual of your heater or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

CWC-1600 cools constantly

More than likely, the thermostat on the unit is going bad. If the coils haven't been cleaned recently, then I suggest that you unplug the unit, clean it well and then cycle it back on. If it continues, then the thermostat that's located within the unit is going bad. Please refer to the owners manual for proper service and maintenance for your unit. https://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/content/pdfs/140265-1.pdf

Side by side unit. no temperature control in freezer or fridge temperature of fridge is 60 degrees F on top. Freezer temp is 45 degrees. Bottom part of fridge is 28 degrees F.

Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.

If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing then check out the last two tips.

If your refrigerator is running but warm, then...

Check out these tips that I wrote about that... it is a great place to start trouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then calling a repair person to do a simple thing for you...

Temperature - Is fan supposed to constantly run or is it controlled by thermostat

You said ,Top half of Danby DKC645BLS refrigerator 10 degrees warmer than bottom half. Bottom half cooling to approx. 34 degrees.

Is it running all the time without cycling off and on as it should be doing?
Sorry to have to tell you this news.
But this would mean a bad thermostat or insufficient freon in the cooling system.

The same issue with the fact that one compartment is warm and the other is cool!

Let me know that service tells you!

Thank You

Ultrastat Thermostat

70 to 72 degrees maximum surely now we are all supposed to be pulling together to save our planet???

I suggest you download the instructions for your type of thermostat. If the thermostat doesn't work per instructions it is obviously faulty.
You could contact Honeywell for advice over such an important matter.

Cooler wont cool below 48 degrees.

Keep a thermometer handy. (adjust temperature control knob accordingly)
Periodically monitor temperatures inside your cooler. (adjust as necessary)
Keep the refrigerator door closed as much as possible to avoid temperature fluctuations

The temperature of the refrigerator compartment is
controlled by adjusting/setting the thermostat control
knob, located on the ceiling of the refrigerator
cabinet.
To start the refrigerator, and achieve maximum
cooling quickly;
• Turn the temperature control knob (using a coin
or screwdriver) clockwise to the furthest
(maximum) setting on the darker blue section of
the graduated control dial.
• Allow the refrigerator to run at this setting for 3~4
hours.
• When maximum cooling is achieved, turn back
the temperature control knob setting to the 2:00
o'clock position on the graduated blue control
dial.
• Correct cooling temperature is a key factor to
consider in storing and dispensing draught beer.
• Optimum temperature for serving draught beer is
between 34ºF ~ 38ºF.(1ºC ~ 3ºC)
• To maintain temperatures ranging between
34ºF ~ 38ºF.(1ºC ~ 3ºC) We recommend the
thermostat knob be positioned at the "2:00
o'clock" setting on the graduated blue control dial.
• To turn off the refrigerator, (no cooling) rotate the
control knob to the "0" position.
