The "Voice message" icon is constantly displayed on my screen, When I check my voicemail it says I have no messages... how caN i GET THIS ICON OFF OF MY SCREEN?
Your provider can remove the voicemail icon on you screen but you have to contact them of course. Sometimes what happens is the voicemail is exited improperly and what you'll need to do it get back into your voicemail and follow the prompts to exit the system (I believe it is the star button to exit voicemail). What I would do is leave yourself a message, call into your voicemail, delete the message and exit the system. If icon is still on the screen then you have no choice but to contact provider. Good luck and hope this helped.
Check your Voicemail
Just in case anyone still has difficulty in finding the instructions.....

Press and hold the 1 key.2. Follow the system prompts to create a password and record a greeting.
Best of luck!!
