Lincon mig stops feeding wire

Been welding for a while, open side, check for proper tension on the feed wheel inside side panel, hit the trigger, if feed motor continues to spin tensioner needs tightened or mig wire may be getting hung up inside main cable lead. If motor is off on off on then its probbably the switch on the trigger getting a bad good connection, hope this helps o and check welding tip on gun end, may need replaced if worn or melted, unscrews.

I have a lincon 3200 hd. it stoped feeding the wire when i was welding. but it feeds when i pull the triger, till i try to weld again

These welders have thermal breakers in them so if they get to hott the will automatically stop feeding the wire but the fan will remain on, try changing the breaker i think its in the door where the spool is held. good luck]

Solar welder 2175 wire keeps feeding wont stop doesnot arc until trigger is pulled

Look on the front pannel. thier should be a "latching Switch" indicated by "4 X 2" little arrowes. The 4 is " pull the triger -- the release the arc continues, the "2" is pull the trigger and the arc startes release the trigger the arc stops simplesssssssss

How do i remove the bolt from the mossburg 308 win. and is there a product you offer to modify the triger

if i were you i would leave the bolt alown,,its a hell of a job getting them back in,,,as for the triger i know there a bit on the heavy side to pull at nearly 4 lbs but its a safe pull, you could drop the gun into a gum smith and get him to snip off a coil off the triger pull spring,,and stone the sear,, but be warned it will make the triger twitchy,,you realy dont wont to light a triger on a hunting rifle 4 - 6 lbs is normal

Welder feeding or arking

Release the wire feed rollers, turn the wire feed dial up to maximum ensure you are well away from the earth clamp, pull the triger, you should hear the relay click in, if it dosn't check the 5 mil anti serge fuse positioned on either the front of the set or on the control panel near the wire feed rollers inside the cabinet. usualy covered by a plastic screwed knob, make sure the unit is unpluged before any testing.
