The only thing you can upgrade is the harddrive and the ram module.
The mainboard uses SDram and DDR ram in there own seperate block. Sdram is hard to find and expensive. DDRram can still be bought. The specifications:

if you look real closley at the motherboard the pins have identifications right next to them if not the manufacture of the motherboard and they will have the diagram online
