That is a beautiful watch. There are a few used ones being sold now on eBay. I think you have 3 choices. The best would be to bring it to an official Movado dealer and ask if it's possible to replace the band. You could also get a routine service at the same time. If they don't have an identical band, then check out what other bands would fit, if any. Lastly, buy one of the used ones on eBay and hope for the best. Good luck. (Now that I think more about it, I've seen a few other internet shops that specialize in band replacement. They aren't very easy to find but it might be worth being persistent and making sure you've exhausted your options.)
Concord is part of the Movado group. They do not sell replacement parts to just anyone. So if you want an original band you will need to take it to an Authorized Movado/Concord retailer. Or if you wanted to save some money you can take it to a watch repair business that sells and replaces watch bands. Speidel makes some really nice watch bands.
you probably just need a pin to secure the links back together. an authorized Movado retailer will have the tension or screw pins to put the band back together. They can also order additional links if needed. you can find a local retailer on www.movado.com
You can either contact Movado directly (they make the esq watches) or you can ask any REAL jewelry store to contact the company for you and ask about this as long as they carry either Movado or Esq in their store (don't ask the jewelry counter at your local department store).
It probibly is a tri-fold clasp or a "hiding clasp" When you look at you watch can you see a clasp? If not you just need to pull from the middle if the back of the band. One end will open to the left another will open to the right. Don't be afraid to pull on it, that probibly is the main problem your having. Movado makes a solid band that can take some punishment
