I get junk faxes all the time, so I don't put paper in so it won't print. However, the fax is still in memory.
What I want to know is how to clear the memory so I won't waste ink printing junk fax mail.
FIRST:1-PRESS START/MEMORY KEY IF YOU WANT TO TRANSMIT THE PAGES WHICH STORED UP TO THAT POINT IN MEMORY THE REMAINING PAGES WILL BE REJECTED FROM THE FEEDER.AFTER TANSMISSION THE MEMORY WILL BE CLEAREED.AND YOU CAN TRANSMIT THE REMAINING PAGES.YOU NEED ALSO TO TRANSMIT THE PAGE WHICH WAS BEING SCANNED WHEN THE MEMORY FILLED UP.

Thanks for trying Marsrover, but this is memory from received fax pages, not transmission pages. I do not want to transmit anything.
When I press the start button it will tell me to insert paper in order to print them out what is in the received fax memory, which is NOT what I want.
Sharp Fax FO 885. Memory full. Wish to erase received fax memory.
