Hi and welcome to Fixya.
Here are 2 manuals that should help you in troubleshooting your RV hot water problem.
Multiple times there is a ref. to resetting the reset switch for 30 seconds on the unit (cover removal required)
For the ignition:

For the water heater:

The manuals as written are full of warnings mixed in with meaningful text. (Not user friendly)
Hi again, Correct me if I am mstaken but am I reading that you have no water flow at all? If so your probably going ot have to remove the bottom outlet fitting from the hot water tank and clear the debris blcoking the outlet hole. What happens in hot water tanks that sit for long periods it that the uppet parts of the tank where the air is break down and drop particles into the water, Those particles will gather at the tank exit point and it sounds as if your hot water tank outlet is blocked. Once you remove the fitting you can probably clear it with a philipps screwdriver. I would puge the after clearing theoutlet holas not to have wha tyou cleared clog up your kitchen sink and bathroom plumbing water faucetts or the toliet fill valve if you have that type of water closet.
