Solution
Manual reset for Canon BJC-620
1. Unplug Power Cable from Power Cord
2. Hold POWER and FF and Print Mode buttons
3. While the third hold buttons, plug the power to Power Cord
4. Release after Heard the sound Beeps icon

Fixing "Error code 6c10? in your Canon MP 620 printer is easy. For this you need to turn your printer off. After this you can press and hold the 'Resume' Button. While pressing the 'Resume' button, you can turn off your Canon MP 620 printer. The green led of your printer should go on as you are holding the Power button; release the Resume Button. Now after that you need to click on the 'Resume' button twice and release both buttons without releasing the Power Button. Now you click 'Resume' four times then click 'Power' button to confirm the selected action. Finally you must turn your printer back on.

The purge unit is blocked,you need to unzip the printer and try to unlock or clean,if the problem persist you need to replace the purge unit.

Go into maintenance tab in the printer file.( Control panel, hardware and sound, printers, your printer, select printer preferences, maintenance) Select roller cleaning and follow instructions. That might help.

PRESS STOP/RESET FOR 5 SECOND.

It looks as if error code 311 refers to printing using a computer with Mac OS X. Had the same problem. Turn off the printer (completely) and turn it on again. That fixed the problem for me (without even touching the paper tray!)
