I have the Service Technician Diagnostic Guide...it was located behind the lower front panel on the right hand side. It's not really a user manual, but wasn't sure what info you needed that you hoped might be in the user manual, as opposed to a Diagnostic Guide.

is a communication error between the central control unit and the user
interface. First check the continuity of the user interface harness and then
check the wire harness connections to the user interface and the central
control unit. If the drum rotates then replace the user interface, if the drum
is not moving then replace the central control unit (CCU). Hope
