All of Samsung's drivers are contained in the PC Studio 3 package. You can download it from the Samsung site (I've included a direct link to download the software). I don't know if your ISP provided has activated the phone to allow PC access, so you'll need to check the Samsung site for compatibility (I didn't find the download listed under your particular phone).
