You can resolve this problem by factory resetting the TV.

1. press the UP Arrow Button on the Remote of the TV.
2. While Holding the UP Arrow Button on the Remote, press the POWER Button on the TV.
3. The TV will turn ON and turn OFF automatically.
4. Please skip the Auto programming, if you are using a Cable Box or Satellite Box.
5. After that, perform the initial setup.

(Note: Resetting will reset all the Settings including the Network Settings (if any), to its factory defaults)

NOW, the issue is RESOLVED!!!!!

I bought a Sony Bravia 32" on clearance without instructions it was a demo model. I need to know how to remove the demo mode.

Go to the menu and see if there is an option to turn off demo mode on the main menu screen. If there isn't check under the video category. You may have to select advanced options from either the main menu screen or the video category.
