I went to pay for my item i went through the process 3 times but it said a error so then i checked my account and it said 3 pending transactions for the price is there anything i can do to get it removed besides the one payment.

If you just transferred money to the account it may need time to process the transfer.
I don't know what method was used to depost money into your account but some methods For example e-checks take time, sometimes several days. It can be liek when you deposit a check in the bank and they hold it until it clears.
Try looking at your account transactions in your history and seeif the payment or money transfer has been completed and is not pending or anything like that.

I went to purchase an item today and my Paypal account did not allow the transaction to go through. Why? Thanks You, Bill Ferm

First check the funding source when trying to make the purchase. Some transactions allow debit/credit card only and it maybe trying to take from a funding source which does not have the transaction value available on it.
Paypal do have account limits if you are not fully verified, to see if you have reached your sending limit, when you login to your account, at the top where it says your name - move across and you will see a link which says view limits. Click the link and check that sending limits have not been reached.
Finally if you were trying to pay with funds from your actual paypal account, make sure that the funds are also in the currency which your transaction is. As when it is funds direct from your account and no debit card involved, the currencies have to match for it to go through.

I am unable to access the funds in my account, transaction equipment shows no repky from Ebay

I had the same problem a while back....This can be caused by several things.

1. Seller or buyer might have a pending transaction or dispute or other problems
2. Ebay or Pay-Pal system under maintenence
3. Local service provider system under maintenance

Ther are many circumstances involved with internet transactions.

I recommend you give it some time then tray again. If no luck, contact Pay-Pal and/or ebay customer service to resolve the issue.

First try to contact the seller to resolve the issue, if no response you can file a dispute. The steps below outline this process.

How do I get my money back? If you would like a refund, start by getting in touch with your seller. Most sellers welcome the chance to work out any problems.

To request a refund, send the seller an email. Ask the seller to click Issue a refund beside your payment details. You can request a refund up to 60 days after you pay for your item.

Here's how to find the seller's contact information:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Details next to the transaction you want a refund for.
  4. Use the contact information to send the seller an email.
If the seller won't refund your money, you have 45 days from the date you paid for your item to file a dispute.

Filing a dispute

Here's how to file a dispute:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Resolution Center.
  3. Click Dispute a Transaction.
  4. Select Item dispute, then click Continue.
  5. Click Find transaction ID, then click the transaction ID you want to dispute.
  6. Click Continue, then follow the instructions.
If you purchased your item on eBay, go to eBay's Resolution Center to open your dispute. Go to eBay and click Resolution Center at the bottom of any page

If your dispute is not resolved or escalated to a claim within 20 days it will be closed.


Escalating your dispute to a claim

If you can't resolve your dispute with your seller, we can help. Just escalate your dispute to a claim and ask us to look into the transaction. We'll review your case and decide whether you're eligible for a refund. We can usually decide if you're eligible for a refund within 30 days.

Here's how to escalate a dispute to a claim:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Resolution Center.
3. Click View next to the dispute you want to escalate.
4. Click Escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim, then follow the instructions.
5. Click Escalate to a claim.

To check the status of your claim, log in to your account and go to the Resolution Center.

I bought an item on eBay (about 300$); I checked my Paypal account, there is more than 1000$ remaining (credit); when i try to pay, I have an error code #10417. what is the solution ?

I think the problem may lie with your browser, for a qiuck fix, download google chrome or firefox browser and try through one of them.

If you log into your paypal account and go to my account.You should be able to view transactions that are being processed or pending. If the the payment was funded with a bank account additional time may be necessary to before it may post.
