The LE error code could mean a number of different issues. The advice LG themselves give you is to unplug the unit for 2 hours and drain the tub. There will be an access panel at the bottom and theres a hose you can drain the tub into a bucket. Oversudsing can cause this error. Also can a software issue in the control board.
Most people get this error with the units brand new within the first three or four loads. Other issues could be a bad RPS sensor, Stator, or Control board. We have one of these units in the shop right now that we replaced everything that LG said to replace with no success. We have been waiting on a new control board for 4 months now......
Hope this helps _MJ_
LE usually means you need to check your connections on the stator/hall sensor. You can access this area from the back panel, remove the four screws.
There are some plugs that are inside a plastic bag, make sure those are connected. You can ohm your stator by removing the big silver wheel from the back of the drum, and removing the large connector from the stator. Check and see if it ohm's between 5-15.
If that's good, you'll more than likely need a new Hall sensor.
