PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.

You need to get the puk code from the phone company you are with. Sometimes you can get it by going into their website depending on the Company.

1. Call Nokia Cust Support or take to Nokia center.
They can help
2. Get copy of Nokia Phone Tools and cable and fix yourself
