Error on Xerox C525A ( 004-332 )

For anyone smashing their head against the wall about this problem I finally found out what the issue is in regards to the C525A Cover E not closing.

If you run into this issue you need to look inside the printer where Cover E is, at the very bottom of this is a piece which looks like the rest of the printer but actually freely moves up and down on a swivel. Put it in the up position and as you go to close it it'll fall down again but this time Cover E will close. Not banging it shut or punching it, it all clicks back into place nicely.

While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the back of it directly. Plug it back in after 1 minute.

You need to switch off the printer and then connect it via the USB cable. Press the hold and cancel buttons simultaneously. Then power on the printer again. On your LCD display you should typically see a message saying 'ready for download mode'. You will then need to initialize the firmware update process. LCD will change to the writing mode. 10 minutes later you will be prompted to start the printer again.

if there's no paper jammed then a sensor might be dirty, the printer has several sensor along the path of the paper to detect its flow.

This error indicates a motor failure.
The Main controller unit has not received signals from the motor drive sensor within the specified time period.
In many cases this has been caused by a faulty power supply inside the printer.

You will need a technician to fix this

make sure the cyan toner is not empty just remove and shake it and install it again.

Pls.check sensor TR-0 (clean or replace)

You will have to replace the fuser.

I think you have a problem with the 3.5v LVPS
