Error paper output slot. the paper is jammed clear

Try hard resetting ur printer by unplugging for a whole night!!

Issue: ERROR LED: E, 3 Solution: Remove paper jam then press Black or Color button (MP150) If paper is jammed, remove the paper jam then press <Black> or <Color> to clear the error.If paper is jammed in the auto sheet feeder or paper output slot, paper will not feed through the printer. Please follow the instructions for Clearing paper jams from the auto sheet feeder (ASF) or paper output slot.If Credit Card sized or 4" x 6" paper is set in landscape orientation, it will jam. Please follow the instructions below for Clearing credit card-sized or 4" x 6" paper jammed inside the printer.Clearing credit card-sized or 4" x 6" paper jammed inside the printer:Power the printer off.Load the same paper type as the jammed paper in the portrait orientation. Power the printer on. (The printer feeds the paper, resulting in ejecting the jammed paper.) Load paper properly in the portrait orientation to resume printing.TOP Clearing paper jams from the auto sheet feeder (ASF) or paper output slot:Power the printer off.Pull out the paper gently.If torn paper remains within the printer, open the scanning unit (printer cover) to remove it.Caution: To prevent injury or damage to the unit avoid touching inner parts.Power the printer on and confirm that the Alarm lamp is off.Note: Any jammed paper that remains within the printer may be ejected automatically.Load paper properly to resume printing. This procedure will not resolve all service errors or LCD related anomalies.Service errors appear as four characters (a combination of alpha and numeric codes).

SOMETHING MOST LIKELY FELL DOWN IN BACK PAPER PATH OR TORN PAPER THAT HAS PAPER SENSOR STUCK. HARD TO SEE SOMETIMES. MIGHT WHAT TO TURN MACH UPSIDE DOWN AND SHAKE BE VERY CAREFULL

regarding to your technical problem,first thing first try to see if there's any obstacle near you printer exit slot that blocks the paper you are printing,,it creates paper jam...

install again the cd installer of your printer...

there something wrong with the software...

When the print head temperature falls, the error is
automatically cleared.
Note:
If the print head temperature exceeds the specified limit
when the scanning unit (printer cover) is opened, the
carriage does not move to the ink tank replacement
position.

PLEASE REMOVE THE POWER CABLE AND REINSERT IT IT SHOUL BE OK AND IF STILL PERSIST JUST RESTART THE PC IF STILL RESIST PLEASE LET SOME TECHNICIAN TO CHECK FOR THE SENSOR FOR THE PAPER JAM ...
