Error paper output slot. the paper is jammed clear

I can't use my printor because an error appears telling me there's paper jammed in the output slot, clear it and press ok. I'm sure there's no paper and when I press ok nothing happens I just get the error message again. Help

Try this...With te printer off line, press the paper feed button making sure thre is paper in both feed trays. Once it print, a blank page go in and change back t your desired papper source. Hope that helps, please let me know.

Issue: ERROR LED: E, 3 Solution: Remove paper jam then press Black or Color button (MP150) If paper is jammed, remove the paper jam then press <Black> or <Color> to clear the error.If paper is jammed in the auto sheet feeder or paper output slot, paper will not feed through the printer. Every time I try to print I get an E3 error, telling me to removed a paper jam. But there doesn't appear to be a paper jam, either at the feed-in spot or in the output area. Help!

regarding to your technical problem,first thing first try to see if there's any obstacle near you printer exit slot that blocks the paper you are printing,,it creates paper jam...

If the print head temperature exceeds the specified limit
