I cant log in - Facebook Social Network

Log your grandson out by clicking on the log out in the upper right corner. Then go to www.facebook.com and log yourself in with your username and password.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little gear icon in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

If you're getting an error message, what does it say?

1) if you cant log-in to your computer then you have to call your computer support number so that they will be able to reset the computer log-in details.

2) if you cant log-in to your email or to other application, all you have to do is to reset your password.

3) if you cant log-in to your network / internet, try check on where your computer is trying to connect.

try these steps first, if this won't work just send us a question again.

If you see an error that says web page cant be displayed, it is possible that it is either you lost internet connection while trying to access the website or the website was down at that time. Same goes if you can't log on to your yahoo messenger.
