I would contact Macy's customer service for an answer to this question. It is not a model that has a retail parts division. Macy's should be able to provide a solution for you as they still carry these units. Otherwise, you may wish to purchase a new one from them and return your old one to them in the box you receive. It will end up costing you shipping, if you do not have one near you, but right now they are only $79.99. Model 8021

My Acme 5001 Juicerator vibrates around on the countertop. The rubber pads seem to be falling apart. Can I replace them? Where do I get them? Thanks David II

Dave, contact Waring at 1-800-492-7464 and order
a new foot ring. Here's a tip. When the juicer is
not in use find a bowl cover or something to fit
in side the circumference of the foot ring for the
juicer to rest on. That way the foot ring won't
stick to the counter and rubber won't compress
over time.

down on the basket and blade, or the small clips
that the cover rotates and snaps into. Either way
call Waring at 1 800 492 7464, they should have
the part.

HOW DO YOU take apart the jack Lalanne juicer blade and top unit to clean

LIFT UP AND SLIDE COVER RETAINING BRACKET OFF COVER, REMOVE COVER AND
PLASTIC NUT THAT HOLDS DOWN BLADE. ALL PIECES JUST LIFT OUT, BUT KEEP TRACK
OF THE ORDER THEY ARE REMOVED IN TO REINSTALL CORRECTLY.

The 6001 vabrated so much the top came off and the flang bent.

WARING AT 800 492 7464 HANDLES ACME
JUICERS. VIBRATION MAY NOT INDICATE
REPAIR. THIS JUICER DOES NOT EJECT
PULP SO IS PRONE TO VIBRATION JUST
LIKE AN INCORRECTLY LOADED WASHING
MACHINE. HOWEVER, SEVERE VIBRATION
WILL CAUSE THE BLADE TO CHEW UP THE
CHUTE. YOU WILL NEED A NEW COVER.
TALK TO WARING. ANOTHER PROBLEM
IS NEW COVER PROVIDED WILL NOT FIT
SOME OLDER JUICERS WITHOUT FILING
DOWN THE EDGE OF THE COVER. TAKES
TIME BUT CAN BE DONE.

Breville JE95XL juicer

I used needle nose pliers, it took a bit of patience but I got the screws out. I think I might replace them with regular screws. My juicer does not run either. Let me know if you find the problem with yours.

The part has a lifetime warranty. Just call the customer care line at 1-973-287-5150 and give them your model number. You have to pay shipping though. Our shipping cost was about $26.
