Nokia N70 LCD working fine but the connector strip is faulty and hence, its not showing the display. Please tell me if I can just get the connector replaced than the entire LCD assembly as it will cost less. If you could also tell me the price in India for the same, that will be awesome! Thanks in advance.

If you are sure that the strip connectors and connections are set correctly , then the possibility of the display being faulty- the LCD panel- is very high. If the phone works to switch ON and even make a call without any display check finally for supply voltage at the connectors, if not to confirm you might need help to swap a similar one to test before any money is spend further.
That should be hardware problem, maybe your display is bad, or maybe display ic isn't functioning properly or display connector's problem. Sometimes only cleaning will fix this if there's no internal damage.
Good luck.

The LCD display connector is either loose or the LCD is faulty, the speaker contacts are loose or the speaker is faulty.. Other than that, you have to have it checked by a qualified technician. Follow the procedures below to disassemble the phone and check the LCD, connectors and speaker.
Wear a pair of electro-static discharge (ESD) protective gloves.
Unlock and remove the battery cover.
Unlock the clips of the front cover beginning at the bottom by prying the latches with your fingernail or a prying tool one at a time.
Carefully remove the front cover.
Protect the display with a plastic film.
Remove the 6 screws using a T6 screwdriver.
Swing the user interface (UI) frame assembly upwards from the bottom. Bear in mind that the flex connector is still connected.
Disconnect the flex connector carefully by prying it.
Clean the connectors using a soft-bristle toothbrush with a lacquer thinner.
Remove the engine board and place it in a cushioned non-conducting tray.
Clean the speaker terminals and contact pads on the engine board using a cotton bud with lacquer thinner or alcohol.
Lift up the speaker terminals to ensure it makes contact with the contact pads on the engine board.
Check the resistance of the speaker using a multimeter. The resistance reading should be 20-30 ohms,
otherwise replace speaker.
Put back the engine board.
Reconnect the flex connector firmly and reassemble the UI frame assembly.
Remove the protective plastic film and reinstall the front cover.
Insert the battery and turn on the phone.
There should be a display and tone when the hands appear on screen. Otherwise, have your phone checked by a qualified technician.
YOU SAID WHITE SCREEN AND NO DISPLAY! IF POSSIBLE REMOVE LCD CONNECTOR STRIP CLEAN IT WITH COTTON AND SEE TO IT THAT THERE IS DAMAGE TO CONTACTS OF LCD STRIP.IF THERE VISIBLE DAMAGE MEANS WARN OUT CARBON CONTACTS,CUT 0.1 mm AND CONNECT IT AGAIN. IT MUST WORK.ALL THE BEST.
The display IC of your handset it faulty,
sometimes it could be the LCD itself, but most of the time its the 25pin crystal IC. take it for a repair, tell them to try the lcd first, if that fails then its the display IC;s.
