I think that from time to time your water inlet valve is sticking and not cutting off. This can be caused by sediment in the water or wear on the valve. The cold water valve is the one which usually sticks. The valve is on the back where the water hose connects to the washer. Replace it or flush and blow it out and make sure the wire strainer is in the other end of hose.

I keep getting a error code E10 despite replacing numerous parts on my GE model GFWH2400L0WW front load washer.

this code came up after the door latch was replaced ? did the old part number and the new part number match as they switch over the switching in the switches on different models.also the locking device that locks the washer is the big round valve that has a pipe feeding from the bottom of the drum. its also the the water level sensor tells the washer were the washers water level is. this also has an amount of resistance that tells the door to lock. if its blocked it will either overfill washer or not allow the door to be unlocked. in turn you break the lock off. if you put a new lock on and not fix this part the door will not lock or start.

I change out my controll circuit board put new one in and all they lights are flashing model WHRE5260E1WW

there should be a key sequence to program the new board as this board will fit a lot of units with different features, and you need to set the program for your particular machine, there should be an instruction sheet on how to accomplish this with the new board

I have a ge tl washer model number whre5260e1ww and it's not rinsing all the suds out. One day I rinsed the same load of towels 9 times and still had suds. Any ideas?

How much soap did you use? During the final spin, your "final rinse" lets water into the tub to rinse out any remaining soap. Check to see how long it rinses for. If it is very briefly (a few seconds), there might be a problem with the timer or the electronic water inlet solenoid. The solenoid is what opens the valve to let the water in. Sometimes when they go bad, they won't let the valve stay open long enough to let enough water in.

GE Top Load Washer Shuts off during wash cycle intermittenly

It appears your timer/main controller/CCU has failed in this instance.

For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...

FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.

PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.

If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

GE Washing Machine

Saragary,
It sounds to me like the safety switch for the washer lid is faulty or just out of adjustment (you'll find an arm sticking out of the lid that corresponds to a similarly shaped but larger hole in the jam of the lid and that is where the switch actuator should reside).
Or, your timer might be at fault, since it completes cycles once you manually advance to the next one.
Eliminate the safety switch as the possible fault before moving on to the timer itself, as the timer is more costly.
Good luck.

GE WHRE5260E1WW Washer

The mixing valve needs to be replaced. It should be under $50 and is easy to do.
