I want moto razor v3i pc suit software

the firmware need to be reflash in the phone to correct this issue......

go to Settings

select: Phone tools

select: Active line

or go to Network select: Network setup

you should take it into the mobile provider and have them manually set it up or try a master reset and see if that helps it.
