When i conect it to my mac it start charging but I can not find it in my computer therefore I cant tranfer any music or videos at alll, any sugggestions or help thanks Marta.

once i had this problem too.
simply go in setting in ur pasbuy mp4 player, and go to # 6th option which "online mode". in this option there are three options 1- i didn't remember. 2- is normal mode. 3- is encrypted mode. you have to select option #2.
And that's all.
Now u can connect your pasbuy to PC or Mac, it will sure detect it.
