I am sorry to have to tell you, Sunbeam no longer makes blood pressure monitors, and they have no replacement parts.
I hope you will be able to obtain a new monitor soon.

Visit bodytronics.com and select the Lumiscope 109-1036 bulb +valve+tubing replacement part for $12.95 . It is totally compatible with the E7623 from Eckerd. I bought one myself.
