I was vacuuming and a shoe string got caught in the motor, I can not seem to get to the motor part of the vacuum to free the string, I have taken all the screws loose that I could find but no string and I don't see the motor or any other place the string could have gone.....The vacuum was working perfectly fine before this accident.
Thank You Kindly,
Joyce A.
OK - first things first. There's no way a shoe string, or anything else, can possibly get caught in the motor. If the string isn't wrapped around the brush roll it's probably gone through in to the bag. Please reply, describing the symptoms you've observed in as much detail as possible, then maybe we can figure out just what's happened.
