Hi Smutemba,

If you are being prompted for the code : try 12345(default)
Incase u have changed the code and dont remmber it now . Then need to do a hard reset..

  1. Power off phone.
  2. Press and hold Green button, * and 3
  3. Held whilst powering on and for a few seconds
  4. After that you will get to the screen to enter your country.
Disclaimer : Hard reset will wipe your phone memory, Data backup has to be done before hard reset.

I have a HP EliteBook 840 model number I need to restore to original settings I cannot get past the lock screen with password with password password

Why would you need to have a work around on a password for a laptop you supposedly own? Did you forget the password?
You also don't need a password to do a system restore to factory stock.
I don't provide password work arounds due to the fact some questions are for items the asker is potentially not the item owner..

How do I restore my router to the factory setting? I have no Wi-Fi service.

Restoring the Default Configuration and Password
  • Use the restore factory settings button on the rear panel of the router. Use this method for cases when the administration password or IP address is not known.
  • This is how to restore the factory default configuration settings that reset the router's user name to admin, the password to password, and the IP address to 192.168.1.1.
  • To use the restore settings button:
    1. Locate the restore factory settings button on the rear panel of the router.

    2. Use a sharp object such as a pen or a paper clip to press and hold the restore factory settings button for about 5 seconds, until the Power light begins to blink.

    3. Release the restore factory settings button, and wait for the router to restart, and for the Power light to stop blinking and become solid green.

    4. The factory default settings will be restored so that you can access the router from your Web browser using the factory defaults.

Then you can go through the setup procedures to setup your wireless

Here is the link to the documentation so you can set it up again

YOu should see a box with username and password fields. 5. username is admin 6.password is password 7. These are not the wireless passwords but the access password to get in the router. 8. Once in the router interface on Internet Explorer; goto the wireless sections and change the password there.
To reset the router WARNING: This will reset all the settings to what it was like when it came fresh out of the box. You may need to know some other settings. Restoring the Default Password and Configuration Settings You can restore the factory default configuration settings that reset the router's user name to admin, the password to password, and the IP address to 192.168.1.1. To restore the factory default configuration settings: 1. Use a sharp object such as a pen or a paper clip to press and hold the restore factory settings button, located on the rear panel of the router, for about 5 seconds, until the Power light begins to blink (see "Back Panel" on page 5). 2. The factory default settings will be restored so that you can access the router from your Web browser using the factory defaults.

Forgot password to acess< and or its still default setting. could you tell me what the wireless 700 routers default password is

Restore Factory Default Settings When you restore factory default settings to the base station, you clear your Internet connection settings and any special base station configurations that you have established. After the restore is complete, you will need to reconfigure your base station settings or restore these settings from a backup file. You should restore the original factory default settings only under the following circumstances: O You are experiencing serious problems with your base station, and resetting the base station does not fix the problem. O You cannot remember your base station password. In this situation, you must restore the factory default settings by using the Restore button on the base station, and then use the default password admin to log on to the Base Station Management Tool. To restore factory default settings 1. Open the Base Station Management Tool, and then click Management. 2. On the Management menu, click Back Up and Restore Settings. 3. Under Restore factory default settings, click Restore Factory Default Settings. While the original factory default settings are being restored to the base station, the Power light on the base station turns orange. When the light is solid green, the settings have been restored. If you want to open the Base Station Management Tool after the settings have been restored, type admin as the password on the Logon page. Do not attempt to log on to the base station until the settings are restored and the Power light on the base station is solid green. After you restore the factory default settings to the base station, you should navigate to each page of the Base Station Management Tool and reestablish the network settings you want, or restore the base station settings by using a backup file. For information about creating a backup file of your settings, see the following section. Be sure to establish your unique base station password as soon as possible after restoring the factory default settings to prevent unauthorized users from logging on. For more information, see “Change the Base Station Password.” please rate this answer, thanks
