2 beeps every hr.already cleaned, checked freon,dropes ice after resetting it

2 beeps every 3 seconds indicate that the unit has been in the harvest/defrost mode for 20m minutes. If you are absolutely sure that the freon level is correct, check for a water problem. I have seen many a problem corrected by ensuring that the incomming water flow was correct. If you have water filters, change them. In many cases, at the very end of the harvest cycle, the unit goes into the freeze cycle but it brings in ground temp water which actually "rinses" off any laging cubes. I've done this many time with great success. But the freon level has to be exactly correct before doing anything else. Especially in cold weather, it is major important.
