Could be one of 3 issues:
1) Tonearm
2) RCA Cables
3) Cartridge/Styli
I generally tell people to try different cartridges first. If that doesn't work, then you know it's either your tonearm or your RCA cables. 80% of the time, it's the RCA cables. It's very hard to determine which one it is at this point without opening her up and putting on some new RCA cables to test. If it works, then your good. If not, then you know it's your tonearm, and will need to be replaced.
