Cannot hear callers

Hi,

my hunch is the ear speaker of the phone is faulty and needs to be replaced, have you tried calling using either the handsfree/ Loudspeaker or the headset if you can hear with one of these then its surely the earspeaker to be faulty

this sound me hardware problem ( internal mic), show some official repairer to fix it.

My lg neon from at&t want play sounds it justs vibrates. Whats wrong with it

I dont know my sound is on voume 7 but if someone calls it doesnt ring or make the melody noise whenever i press a button it hasnt been doing that since the past 3 days

try deleting your call history. seems to be a huge problem on this phone.

LG Neon: Can't hear first few seconds of call

I had the same problem for a month. When I decided to take it to service I delete all downloaded games and all messages ( almost 300). When I deleted messages it start working normally and still work.

I clicked no to marenk98s solution but that was before i turned call waiting back ON. That actually did work and I didnt have to loose call waiting!

You have to go to call waiting which would be under settings then the call then go to call waiting and turn it off that should work
