I am using I-Mate ultimate 9502, i installed Fring software but when i call through voip i hear the voice from opposite, but they are not getting my voice what i can do, and also when i go to update its...

You see, the latest version released for WM (v3.35.3.248, if I'm not mistaken) works fine on my old 9502 (which is usually resting on a drawer). Sound is not routed to the earpiece, though. It goes either to the speakerphone, or to a bluetooth headset (if it is paired and enabled on fring' settings, that is) Install that version. Here's a tip for it to make or receive calls: before you start fring, change your phone's date back one year (i.e. 2010). Once fring is running, you can set it back to 2011. It should work!
Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.

Link for update to WM 6.1 or lates update fo OS WM 6 pro.Send me links for downloads for all software and drivers update for i-mate 9502.Thank you !

Sure, download this file to your PC and unpack it. You'll find a pdf file with instructions. Anyway, connect your device to your PC, which shall have either ActiveSync (for Windows XP) or WMDC (Vista and 7) installed, run the extracted executable file, and follow the prompts. The upgrade procedure will hard reset your device. After it comes back to life, it will have a WM6.1 (v1.77) ROM, which is the last ROM released by i-mate prior to its bankruptcy.
Hope it works for you.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.

Hi, I am from Egypt, what is the last updated windows for i mate ultimate 9502? And how to upgrade my current windows version which is 6 ?

Sorry for such a late response. Hadn't noticed your post before.
Anyway, the last ROM released by i-mate, back in Nov. '08, was v1.77 (WM6.1). It is the one I have running on my old phone since then. You can download it from this location. It is the original file, mirrored, since i-mate has closed its doors a couple of months after publishing it . Be reminded that, in order to flash a ROM on your device, you must have the ROM Lock code. It is a 15-digit code (but different from the phone's IMEI), which came printed in your phone's original box, as well as in some stickers loose inside its user manual. Otherwise, the EUM SFX file, which you'd run after unpacking the downloaded file, wouldn't let you proceed. Oh, you must have either ActiveSync (for Windows XP) or WMDC (for Vista and 7) running on your PC as well. Connect your phone to your PC, run the EUM SFX executable file and follow the prompts.
Please, let me know if I can help you any further.

WM 6.1 flash compatable with Australian NextG network settings?

The GSM/3G bands are hardcoded in the phone's radio chip, for what you can flash your phone to v1.77 WM6.1 ROM. This ROM was plublished by i-mate back in Nov. '08, and it is the most recent ROM released for the 9502 so far.
You see, the i-mate's Configurator application, which you most probably used with the stock WM6 ROM, will still be there. So, your internet and MMS settings will, most probably, be done automatically after flashing your device. If not, just check Telstra's Help page, or call them, to manually set those data.
Just my 2 cents... Carlos

My new i-mate ultimate 9502 doesn't work.just the first blue page comes up with holding the power button.I held the blue Fn & green buttons at the same time but nothing happened....

Hold both the blue Fn and the green Call buttons for a couple of seconds, and, then, press the reset pin with the stylus pen. When you release the buttons, a screen will come up asking for confirmation. The hard reset will start only after you confirm the procedure, by tapping on hte left softkey.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon.
Cheers! Carlos
