Hi, my name is jeff and I work for a used cell phone and repair store in Sioux Falls South Dakota called THE CELL PHONE GUY. the phone needs to be flashed and re-programed, to factory settings, ive had one of my clients come in with the same exact problem on his tour. i tried to trouble shoot it and could not figure it out. i gave it to our tech guy, and he said he didnt have the software with him to reset the phone, so i simply sent him down to a verizon store and hour later he came back with his phone working, the downside, you will lose all of your data. if you have anymore questions of get it fixed let me know, i love the feed back!!!

My Blackberry Bold 9700 will not power all the way on. I have a JVM error 102. It tells me to reset but it keeps coming back to the same error screen. Help please

All you need to do is sync your blackberry with your blackberry desktop manager and run the application loader. Unfortunatly you will lose all data on the phone because you will be re-installing the software. If this doesnt resolve the issue then, this is a device issue. You will need to contact your service provider for replacement options.
