Purchased and set up both Vizio SV370XVT HDTV and

Purchased and set up both Vizio SV370XVT HDTV and Vizio Blue Ray DVD Model VBR110. I've installed HDMI cable from the DVD into HDTV HDMI connection #2. An additional HDMI cable was also installed from the HD cable box to HDTV HDMI #1 connection. All sound and video are ok except we were unable to get closed caption to work.

Change input device to some other like a DVD that you are sure works. Look for loose contacts in power outlet, RC Jacks, sockets, cables.Swith off TV, swithc off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours. If problem persists, call in a qualified service technician.
