This is a common manufacturing error and can often be repaired by going to a touchscreen specialization store and getting them to replace the LCD screen. If this does not work I strongly suggest that you go to your local provider that you have your contract with and show them what is going on with your phone, and as if it can be replaced. Bright lights, if you leave your phone in the sunlight, it kills the LCD screen. And if you leave it in extreme heat, even in the shade, it can cause the screen to crack.

The first thing to do is to check that the LCD connections are good. Sounds like yours may be loose due to the intermittent nature of the problem. If that doesnt work, then you will need to replace the LCD screen.

I know what you mean.. i have the same phone and all i've had is problems.. all you can do is call at&t and see if they can replace it with a new one.. Ive gotten three from them and still they break.. There's no other way around it.... sorry

the phone should be covered by a 12 mnth warranty ..get it replaced by your provider

you can buy a replacement screen or if you have a warranty or insurance on your phone you could get it replaced for little money

You can replace it yourself for about 20 to 30 dollars depending on what is cracked. If its the touchscreen, a replacement GR500 touchscreen runs about 20 dollars and the lcd screen runs about 30.
