My LG Vue phone keeps turning itself off. I have to remove the battery, put it back in.. and turn it back on. It will stay on for a short period of time then it goes off again. Also, with a fully charged battery, it will suddenly drop to no battery life at all. I just bought it on ebay a month ago. I even tried another battery in it and that didn't help.

yes i am sure ur battery is getting dameged
so dry it in heavy sun light with ur phone but separating both
if it isn't work then go for another battery

golf - the firmware needs to be flash on teh phone so take it to amobile service center and have that done.

I had the same problem even after I exchanged the phone for a new one. The problem seems to be related to Mobile TV and the SD memory. When I removed my 2GB SD memory, the problem has not reoccurred. I recently installed a 512MB SD memory chip and so far I have not experienced the problem.

Verizon sold me two of these phones and claims no one is having this problem except me. BS....From all the blog I can see this has been going on for years. They have worked on it, replaced it, upgraded the software and nothing fixes it and they refuse to replace the phone. I am going to cancel my plan with 5 phones on it and my business plan with 15 phones as a result of them lying to me and selling a known defective device. Solution....Nobody buy this phone!

My renoir has just developed this issue.
I have tried 2 batteries, tried re-flashing the firmware (even tried a
custom firmware) and nothing.
I am buying another battery to see if i were unlucky with the battery I
bought.
This does not appear to be an uncommon issue as I have found several
threads online regarding this. No definitive answer as yet.
