OK depending on experience it is about a 7/10 ... IF the entire board is to be replaced as a unit, then a trained monkey could unplug and replug the wires. IF however it is a "Parts replacement" ie: desolder and resolder than, a lot more skill is involved. Apart from a suitable screwdriverand soldering iron, say a 40W fine tip. No special tools are needed.
NEVER work on the unit plugged in, always wait 5 mins after Turn off/Un-plug so it can discharge any capacitors.
Draw diagrams and write it down.
