The Uniden Solara is a MARINE RADIO not a CB. Marine (boat) radios
operate in the VHF-Hi range and CB is in the VHF-Lo range. You also
need a license to operate a marine radio, or you can identify yourself
with the name of your boat but you MUST be in the water.
