The phone was interrupted during the install/update process of its firnware on to the phone.
This is a serious problem with the phone. Disurpting it like you had done has caused the install to fail. There is no way to fix this problem. You pretty much bricked your phone. Your going to have to take it back to the store or get it replaced. 
This happens a lot when users upgrade their blackberrys but they must NOT have anything go wrong with the process. If so, there is nothing that can fix the phone because there is no OS or anything workable on the phone.
