Philips 60PP9202 60 in. Help

I just hooked up my Philips 60PP9202 60 in. Rear Projection... in my house. There is a yellow spot about 4 inches wide and about 8 inches tall on the screen. The spot changes all the normal colors to yellow in that one area. Can you fix this somehow? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You will need a service call by a qualified technician....
Red & green = yellow, therefore the blue CRT has a problem..T.

make sure that your white and yellow cords are in the correct place or check ur setting on you t.v and in audio set it too stereo or mono or if u have a surround sound make sure all the speakers are hooked up correctly and in the rite spot on your recever

I've just replaced the lamp in my Zenith LCD rear projection tv. It works fine but how do I reset the indicator light on the front of the tv that tells the bulb is about to go out.

I have just replaced the lamp and now I have a white area about 3 inches wide and 3 inches long. How do I get rid of this spot?

My Hitachi 55 inch rear projection TV turns itself off while we are watching tv and then in about 3-4 minutes it turns itself back on

Depending on how long you've had your T.V, these problems are usually lamp related.

Open the lamp door and inspect the lamp in the housing to see if it looks bad.

How to hook VCR/DVD player to our TV? 60 inch Projection TV

It's easiest to hook up the rca plugs, the ones colored red, white and yellow. Run the audio and video out of the player to the audio and video in jacks on the back of the tv.

Yellow spots/streaks on right side of screen

Yes air in yellow lense. It make a bubble and dry o the lense.

I have had the same prob wit a Sansui , i clean the lense and re fluid the crt and walla. I am happy again.
