Hi, The Low Voltage Power Supply board is located on the right hand side of the printer. Just look at where you connect the power cord to the printer and you will see it. It is very easy to replace.

Please make sure that the printer is plugged directly to the wall outlet. The printer should not be connected to any Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) or any Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS). If it is, please connect it directly to the wall outlet.

The Imaging unit may be at end of life.
This is the drum unit and collects the waste toner.
Whilst you can just reset the drum counter (see user guide for this E120, it can lead to problems if you don;t replace the drum unit. I've seen E120 drum units packed full of waste toner, to the stage where they won't take any more, and it just spews all over the mechanism. It's a very small waste collector (but its also a very small printer, and relatively low capacity toner cartridges (1k, or 2k).
Remanufactured drum units for E120 can be found on the usual internet auction sites.
