Check your owners manual, does the car have that option. If you still have questions contact the new car dealer.

delete it from your phone and then re search and pair

search for bluetooth devices on your phone (pairing mode this is called sometimes). Select the parrot unit when you phone finds it and displays it on your phones screen. Then use the password 0000 or 1234 to complete pairing.

Some Bluetooth devices got different pin code or pass code, but most Bluetooth devices uses 0000 and 1234.

The pass key is the password the bluetooth accessory has. So your car stereo manufacturer has a code that you enter on your phone, so that someone nearby with a bluetooth cell phone won't be able to hook to your stereo - it's usually in your owners manual for your stereo or bluetooth speaker system.

Most bluetooth headsets have a passcode of 0000, and it's the same for Motorola headsets, plantronics headsets etc. You may be able to lookup the passcode for your bluetooth speaker system in a manual online, if you no longer have it.

turn off headset
then press and hold on button untill the light stays on
not blicks i mean stays on on
then run your other bluetooth discovery
on your laptop

need a new pass word try 0000 usely it work !
