My Mom bought the CE 200 second hand and the lady told her she lost the install software, but that it could be downloaded for free. She was wrong!!! I have called Singer repeatedly with no responds, I've emailed with no responds. I would not tell anyone to buy from Singer thier customer service is nonexisten!!!

First go to: https://www.paypal.com, pay $125.00 U.S to [email protected]. Once payment is made and confirmation of payment is received, We will email you the link to download all (3) Softwares.
Such as Futura Software, Futura Auto Punch, and Futura Bonus Designs with Manuals. After payment is made, and you will receive a username and password to http://www.drivehq.com where you will download all (3) Softwares.

If you call 1-800-Singer they are MORE than helpful. The basic software that comes with the machine isn't free as a download if the original is gone. It runs about $99 for the cd. I bought one used also and had to buy the basic too since it was missing. I've called Many times while getting my machine set up in my computer that has Vista (that's where the problem is) and they've always been patient and helpful. Sometimes the hold takes awhile, or it's busy, but keep trying. P.S. the word is "response"
