Do what I did..call Sirius and tell them you want to cancel your subscription because your radio broke.They should send you a new one for no charge...it won't be same model of radio but at least they will replace it.The last thing they want is to lose a subscriber.also make sure you talk to an American operator.they outsource their operator business to some third world country.If you ask them,they will connect you to someone from USA.
