C-0F36 on the bizhub C350 means the machine has registered a really low toner density in the Black Imaging Unit. I'd take the unit out, give it a shake and pop it back in. Also worth checking you have some Black Toner in it. Good luck
I have this malfunction code, C-11A3, coming up on my Konica/Minolta Bizhub 350 copier/printer. Anyone know what it is? I don't use the techs, because they charge much I don't pay for the service anymore-seems like most things should be able to be fixed by the owner. I needed help for this code
There is not a C0876 listed in the service manual. Perhaps it's a C0B76 - Finishing option Punch Unit Board Malfunction.
CAUSE: The shaft on which the gear rides is deformed. The punch unit cannot be driven from front to rear.
SOLUTION: Reform the shaft toward the punch unit rail. This will allow the drive gears to mesh properly so the punch unit can be mechanically driven from front to rear.
