Hello try to press the power button to turn off the printer, then press the power button to restart the printer.
If the lights continue to flash,press the power button to turn off the printer,disconnect the printer from the power source,reconnect the printer to the power source and finally press the power button to turn on the printer.

If your problem still exists,you can check if there is a paperjam my friend.First remove the paper from the in and out trays,press the resume button,if you was printing labels, verify that a label did not become detached from the label sheet while passing through the printer.
If are still flashing open the rear door by turning the latch counter-clockwise and removing the door,remove the paper jam, then replace the rear door reload paper into the in tray,press the resume button,print the document and your done:)
