loaded 100+ songs but player stops after 24 songs have been played, computer confirms that all has been synched, all the songs are on the player but will not play

i synced over 100 songs but only like 20 something come up on my mp3 but when i insert it back into the computer all the songs come up.

I've deleted all the songs on the MuVo and put new songs but it's still the same problem i even have like about 300 something free space.

Like everyone else I just bought my MuVo V100 2 GB, downloaded 80 some songs and it will only play 23 of them. Yet when I plug it into USB on any computer it tells me all my songs are there. When I go through the format I have looked in all Library's there is nothing there. How do I do a clean up? I have deleted everything manually then readded and still the same songs come up. Very frustrating, when you pay for something and it does not perform the way it says it will.

Element stick digital mp3 player won't play songs

take the mp3 player off hold and re-sync your music. i bought 2 of these players for my mom and dad for christmas and loaded them up before giving it to them. i had the same problem where it said it had music on it but it wouldnt play and played around with it for a bit. i fixed it by taking it off hold and re-syncing everything and it worked.... good luck.

Philips GoGear: delete music from library & are there any Unicode

Here's the deal:
Open the Philips Device Manager that came with the install cd, and do a Repair - this will erase everything so you can start over from scratch. This will also take care of your squares issue.

No dice on the playlist issue - sorry.

Next, you have to disable the auto sync feature in Windows Media Player to prevent it from auto-loading all of those songs/files that you don't want. by opening Windows Media Player, highlighting the Sync tab, clicking on the little black arrow to bring down the drop-down menu, clicking on "Set Up Sync" (make sure your mp3 player is connected to computer, or this option will not appear), and unchecking the box that says "automatically sync files to my device". This will give you manual sync instead.

E250 Sandisk MP3 player

You must connect the Sansa to the original computer that you loaded it from, and your Rhapsody or other music subscription must still be active.

Otherwise, you will have to start from scratch like this:
Go ahead and do this, in case the DB is corrupted:
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx
