Okay , I have had the Sansa Express MP3 player with 1GB and a Micro SD memory card for maybe a month. I have listened to some music and then I pressed pause. After a few minutes it automatically shut down. After I got home I transfered some pictures in it and unpluged it out of my PC. After that , when I tried to turn it on Via the Power Button , it would not turn on OR would the MP3 Player react when I plugged it into my PC´s USB.Like it went completely dead. I tried powering it on with the Volume + and Power On buttons combined but it still would not work , could I get a little help here ?
Ensure that the player has been charged.
Try to power reset the device by simultaneously pressing and holding the center and volume up button, while connecting it to the PC.
If power reset fails, charge the device for at least two and a half hours. The computer should not be in sleep or hibernation state while charging.
Make sure to update firmware by downloading and installing the Sansa Firmware Updater.
