I had the same problem after transit of copier. Try removing the yellow developer unit and give it a good shake. You may need to do it with the other units too.
Main motor error The main motor starts or changes speed. The lock signal does not continue for 1 second within 3 seconds. • The main motor starts. The lock signal is detected and operation proceeds normally. The lock signal is interrupted for 1 second.

Self-diagnosis error: Standard NVRAM
The controller cannot recognize the standard NVRAM installed or detects that the NVRAM is defective
• Loose connection
• Defective standard NVRAM
• Defective controller
1. Turn the main switch off and on.
2. Check the standard NVRAM is firmly inserted into the socket.
3. Replace the NVRAM.
4. Replace the controller.
In order to clean the optics, you have to remove the two optic covers (one over the **** glass on the left and one on the rear side of the main platen glass). Each cover should have 2 or 3 screws.
Clean the **** glass and platen glass with alcohol and a lint-free rag (both sides) and blow compressed air onto the mirrors, lamp, and reflector. It's a good idea to turn off the copier before doing this.
When reassembling, clean the white strip on the underside of the **** glass cover as well.
The main fuse is close to where the cord plugs into the machine. You can follow the wires, (black white and green) to an inline fuse or the main power board.

The error code means that there is a problem with the yellow dev unit. The manual says that "during warm up" the TD sensor saw .78 volts or less when it performed process control. We both know that this device may perform process control at times other than warm up. Sounds like the yellow dev unit is the problem as the sc393 means td sensor and the 02 means yellow developer unit. I truly hope I have helped you. Take care.........spinal......
