Please try to reset the camera. Take out the batteries for longer than 10 sec. and reinsert them. If this doesn't work.... There is no firmware update available online therefor the only option is to send it away for repair.

In order to arrange your repair/Trade up: Contact KODAK:

I just want to be able to enlarge my print size

  • Simply press and hold down the "control" key, while pressing the "plus sign" key. Be sure to keep the "control key" depressed while you press the "plus sign" key. Each repetition will enlarge the text. This can make reading small text SO much easier!
  • To return the text back to its original size (being polite to the next user), simply press, and hold down the "control" key and the "minus sign" key. Each repetition will decrease the text size

  • Log on to your computer and open the document you want to print. Click on the "Print Preview" button on the toolbar.
  • 2 Click on the "File" menu and choose "Print Preview" from the drop-down list if the "Print Preview" button is not available. The "Print Preview" function will show you exactly what the finished print will look like.
  • 3 Click the "Close" button to close the Print Preview window, then highlight the entire document and click on the "Format" menu. Choose "Font" from the drop-down list and change the font.
  • 4 Click the "Print Preview" button again to see the finished print. Continue to adjust the font size until the print looks good

    Hello

Before actually printing your report, use the Print Preview function to see how it will look. If there are blank pages, you will see them in Print Preview.

To use the Print Preview function, simply open the report, click on the "File" menu and choose "Print Preview" from the file menu. You will then see your report just as it will look on the printed page.

Scroll through the report for blank pages. If you see blank pages, it is an indication that the data on the report is wider than the paper you are using. You can use your printer properties to change the size of the paper if you wish. If you have access to legal-size paper, you may be able to print the report on the larger paper. If legal-size paper is not an option, you will need to adjust the margins so that the blank pages are eliminated.

To adjust the margins of your report, click on the "File" menu and choose "Page Setup" from the drop-down box. Go to the Margins tab and adjust the margins as needed. It may take a bit of experimentation to get the margins just right; toggling back and forth between Print Preview and Page Setup will make the process faster and easier.

Click on the "Page" tab and choose either portrait or landscape orientation. Changing the orientation to landscape may allow all the fields to print on the same page, thus eliminating the blank pages and saving your paper.

Does the menu in the camera work?
You may need to activate some Postview function in the menu. If the camera takes pictures, you should be able to view them in playback mode. There could also be a Preview mode, which requires pressing OK before storing pictures. Preview/Postview should cancel each other though...

Theres no image / preview after took a shot but theres a data on cf card

There's a menu setting to enable preview after shooting. It also lets you choose for how many seconds you want the preview to stay on. Go to menu under the "Playback" option.

Does pressing "Play" button show the image? If it does, then just perform the above adjustment to your settings.

Certain color parts previewed on computer don't print out

Depending on the software you are using to do the preview...( a word processor, photo software ..etc) the preview is just that...it simply lets you look at the document or picture to see that you have formated it correctly in the main program. You should not try to print from the preview...what you can do is exit the preview function and return to the main software. the go to the file menu and exicute the print command and or do the page setup for the picture or document.

K1M Ringtone PLAY function not working

This same thing just happened to my today after I went to the store to get the phone updated.  When I took the phone in, it wouldn't play different ringtones from different contacts.  The update fixed that, but now you cannot preview the ringtones from the sounds menu.
