Can't download conected to highspeed internet on 1/31/08,all worked fine,on 2/5/08 started having trouble downloading,now stopsdownloadingafter only few seconds,won't complete download.

Well there are some reasons for this kind of problems:
1 you may have a virus/spyware/adware/keylogger which can diminuate the high speed bandwitch
2 you may have a faulty modem/cable or a central internet provider problem
3 you are under a strict downloading policy and according to tjis rule and copyright the internet provider is diminuating or stopping your band to interdict the download of the files


my suggestions are:
1 check by scanning for a possible malware
2 check the settings of the modem,integrity of the cable,or the settings of your internet card from your pc
3 contact the internet provider to see the downloading rules of your region

however I shall tell you that to reduce the reasons you must try to reinstal the windows without the internet cable connected to the computer.
this will certainly take out the possibility of the viruses and computer hardware fault.
