Phone has worked ok till saturday ,now no dial tone ,if i ring my phone with my mobile i can here it ringing but no sound coming from my phone , i plugged in another phone and still the same ,please help...

No dial tone on telephone set? could mean alot of things. Phone went bad, jack is bad(test in different jack or from a network interface, either inside or outside. depending what your dwelling is)
Just to point out a fact, when dial from your mobile to that number that has no dialtone, that ringing sound you hear is from the central office that is putting out that ringing, it has nothing to do with the phone you're trying to ring to. You would hear the ringing sound, even if all your phones were unplugged from every jack in your dwelling.

CAN'T HEAR MY PHONE RING WHEN SOMEONE CALLS ME I HAVE TO PUT THE PROFILE ON VIBRATE

Each of your profiles can be set to different ring tones and different volumes, so whatever profile you have your phone set to, make sure you have it on a ring tone you can hear, and make sure the volume is turned up. Let me know if this doesn't work.

Ringer not loud enough

If she could hear the phone ring, what would she do, put in her hearing aids and answer the phone?

Walker/Clarity makes a complete set of HAC phones. From this link http://shop.clarityproducts.com/products/categories/category330.asp step to the second page and you will find Ameriphone external ringers.

Moderate to severe hearing loss means $$$ when you buy a complete phone, but there is a cordless for about $120 list that might be a better product.

Night Bell/Ring

Hi Lauri, when the incoming caller rings your number the ringing sound you hear is from the intercom ( Call 1 ) button on the phones programmed to ring. If you only want a few phones to ring, like the Station Group programmed in MMC 601 it will require accessing several different MMC's and you can really mess up your ringing assignments and not get any calls at all. I know you do not want to hear this but do you have a Vendor that takes care of your system? This is a problem/request that an experienced Sansumg Tech should tackle. Let me know your city and I can find you a local Tech. .....Mike

XV 6800 phone

"Ringback" generally refers to the music people hear when they call your phone. You have to set that up thru Verizon (or other carrier).

If you're talking about ring tones (what YOU hear when the phone rings) that's easy. Look for a folder called "Rings" inside the Windows folder on your phone. If you put an audio file (wav, mp3, etc) in that folder, it will become available as a ring tone.
