We use a NSS Pacer 112 for the doctors office we clean every day,
Yesterday while cleaning, it was turned off to move to another location, but when we plugged it back in and turned it on, nothing happened,
When you take the top handle off and you look at the plug-in area we used parts of a toothpick to shim the plug-in so that it doesn't wiggle anymore, so far so good. its either this or a Oreck...
Of course it could have nothing at all to do with the sweeper. Has anyone checked the outlet you tried to use? It may be at fault. Someone may want to check the circuit breaker box for a blown breaker leading to that particular outlet. If that is not the problem, you should be able to call for repair services as the NSS Pacer is an industrial sweeper and must have a pretty good warranty.
